Nine years ago I heard about Brent’s process for meeting with his son. My oldest, a daughter, was twelve years old. I asked Brent for his materials so that I could adapt them for my daughter. We embarked on weekly meetings at Starbucks that we both consider one of the richest experiences we have ever had. When my other two children reach the same age we began the same process. I consider these meetings to be one of the best things I have ever done!

Dear Mr. Sapp,
I really enjoyed reading “Teknon and the Champion Warirors”. I was wondering if you could write a second book?

Or maybe you could recommend other great books like it.

Brent, what a great blog to put things in perspective for our lives as we turn the page on another year.
It’s a reminder that we don’t call the shots but are just required to show up and know who our friends are.
I’m grateful to have a friend like you!
